Final cleaning is included in the price, as well the costs for using the air conditioning and a basket of wood for the fireplace.
Would you like to provide a grocery list? This is possible for a fee of €75, plus the cost of your groceries.
Security deposit is € 500,- in addition to the rental price.

At reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total reservation sum. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. In the event of a booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. If there is a cancellation within the 6-week period, no refund will be made. We, therefore, recommend a cancellation insurance.

This house is amazing! We had three couples and we all had our own space and private baths. The views are incredible and the outdoor space around the pool area is very comfortable and relaxing, a quiet getaway.
We had Alan’s friend David cook us a meal our first night and it was perfectly prepared and enjoyable. Alan was a great host, easy to communicate with, and attentive to our needs.
If you want breath taking views and chance to totally unplug and relax this is the house to be at! We had a wonderful time and Alan was absolutely amazing. We had a massage therapist come to house and a wonderful chef who gave us a 5 star experience from the comfort of our home. We will be back.
Wonderful time! First day was windy but then.... a paradise! Alan was a wonderful host.
De routebeschrijving naar het meeting point werd goed beschreven, waar we vriendelijk onthaald werden door een lokale bewoner die ons door de bergpas gidste naar de woning. Eens aangekomen konden we genieten van een prachtige woning met een prachtig zicht over het dal.
De woning was nog beter dan de foto's al deed vermoeden. We raden andere verblijvers wel aan om tijdig naar de winkel te gaan om eten en drinken in te slaan want een supermarkt is niet direct in de buurt en je moet de bergpas terug op en af, wat voor gedurfde chauffeurs is.
Een kleine superrette is wel te vinden in het dorpje Alcaucin waar je het hoognodige kan vinden. Eens gesetteld is het heerlijk verblijven in deze woning!
Geweldige ligging, het buiten gebeuren schitterend, en huis heel mooi, en van alle gemakken voorzien.
