It is also possible during the mid and off season to rent only the villa (6 people) excluding the guesthouse at a reduced price. Please contact us directly in order to discuss the possibilities.

Final cleaning is included in the price, as well as costs for the use of the airconditioning and a basket of wood for the fireplace.

Should you wish to pass on a grocery list, then this would be possible with a fee of € 75,- in addition to the cost of your groceries.

Deposit costs are € 500, – excluding the rental price.

Arrival between 3 pm and 9 pm.

Departure before 10 am.

Reservation and payment conditions

At reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total reservation sum. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. In the event of a booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. If there is a cancellation within the 6-week period, no refund will be made. We, therefore, recommend a cancellation insurance.
